Ludo Truck
Tonight on Main Street in Santa Monica marks the first time I will try the famous LudoTruck run by Chef Ludo Lefebvre.
There are many wonderful things on the menu such as juicy boneless chicken balls infused with rosemary and herbs de provence and honey-glazed garlic chicken wing all with a choice of sauces.
My choice for tonight's dinner will have to be chicken breast strips, complemented with a sultry crisp.
LudoTruck will be my first food truck of 2011 but my 9th food truck ever.
